OFFICIALS INFORMATION

Tony Montague will lead a YMCA recertification class on Saturday January 9, 2010.  This is the required “every 3 years” recertification class for existing Y officials. It is a Level I  (stroke and turn) class.   8 am start time. Location is ME Lyons.  Cost is $35. Tony has done the leg work of first becoming certified as a trainer and then seeking the sanction to hold this class.   It will be open to all Y officials, but of course you are getting the advance invite. If your level I credentials expire within the next year, it makes sense to attend this class and keep yourself current. Direct all questions about the class and certification/recertification procedures to Tony Montague (tmontague@cinci.rr.com). Please sign up beforehand so that we have a head count.

There are a number of Y and USA officiating opportunities coming up. January 8-10, 2010   PCY is hosting a meet at Miami University. You must be a Y official to work this meet.  (Shadows welcome)
