2010-2011 FALL/WINTER Season Registration Information

Please download and send the following forms: (only for NEW members)

**If there is a change to your swimmer’s medical information, it is the family’s responsibility to send a new medical release form into the swim team office. Otherwise, we will keep the same form on file.

New swimmers mail the above forms WITH your swim team fee payment (see group fee below) and USA registration fee payment ($57- non refundable check) payable to M.E. Lyons YMCA to:

Returning swimmers can mail their payments to Cathi at the above address or pay at the front desk. Please do not try and pay for the Fall/Winter season until August 2nd (revised date). All swimmers need to be entered into the Y billing system before you can pay.


All fees are due by Dec. 15th, 2010 or your swimmer will  not be entered in their Championship meet in March.

First 13 & over practice starts on Monday, August 30th,  2010  

First 12 & under practice starts on Monday, October 4th, 2010

All swimmers are placed in groups with their long- term development in mind. Final group placement is the discretion of the director of competitive swimming.

Swim-a-thon $300 per swimmer or $500 per family (Fall only event)

USA swimming fee is an annual fee. All AB athletes are USA registered. Membership is from the beginning of a calendar year until Dec. 31st of that year.

High School swimmers attending doubles in RED II pay $855. Those not attending doubles (Freshman), pay $775.

All swimmers must be YMCA members unless they are in the RED I group.
